Registration fee includes

  • conference documentation, including conference bag
  • participation in the conference programme - scientific sessions and sponsored industry symposia
  • attendance at the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Apéro on 20 March 2019
  • admission to the industrial exhibition
  • public transportation ticket (valid from 20 to 23 March 2019)
  • coffee breaks
  • certificate of attendance upon submission of an online feedback questionnaire after the conference

 

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat, Mondial Congress & Events. If received before Wednesday, December 19, 2018, all fees, except for a cancellation handling fee of EUR 100,00  net will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date. 
For name changes a modification fee of EUR 10,00 net will be charged.

 

 

Group registration

Group registrations (10 or more delegates) are completed by separate forms. For group registration, please contact Carola Precht from Mondial Congress & Events (bcc19@mondial-congress.com).

 

 

CME credit points

Participants can obtain a certificate of attendance after the conference. The conference counts CME credit points from the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE) and the European Union of Medical Specialist (UEMS).

 

 

Travel Visa – Letter of Invitation

On request, Mondial Congress & Events will be pleased to send letters of invitation to individual conference participants. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates to raise their travel funds or obtain visas. They do not imply any commitment or responsibility on behalf of the conference to provide financial support. Letters of invitation can only be sent after receipt of registration and payment of full registration fee. Please note that Visa applications can take a while to be processed, so please send us your request for a letter of invitation in due time.

AIFA Procedure for Italian delegates

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).

 

The request of authorization must be submitted within  60 days before the starting date of the event. Italian pharmaceutical companies are advised to contact the official Agency appointed by the organising secretariat:
